One of the most significant downsides to uniform lease and rental is that you often need to sign a contract which may require that you buy the uniforms (sometimes at a discounted rate) at the end of your contract. These contracts can be quite thorough and if not read carefully can leave you in a tight spot with higher costs.   

Buying Uniforms 

While it does incur a higher cost upfront, buying your uniforms can have several advantages. Buying uniforms for your employees helps to ensure that everyone has a professional, fitted look that won’t have any issues that interfere with their work. You will need to ensure that staff launder their uniforms, or pay for an additional launder service, but the potential for higher quality, better fitting uniforms is worth your time and money. Additionally, you won’t have to deal with contracts, and it’s more cost-effective long term.
